Tatiana M. Uhoch to Read in Good Evening Reading Series



MFA candidate Tatiana M. Uhoch will read alongside Abi Stokes and Brian Mornar as a part of the Good Evening Reading Series on Friday, March 11.

Abi Stokes is a senior studying poetry in Columbia's undergraduate Creative Writing program. Her work has appeared in Columbia Poetry Review and Eleven Eleven. 

Brian Mornar is the author of Repatterning (2007, Punch Press) and Three American Letters (2010, Little Red Leaves). Mornar's work has been compared to Walter Benjamin's Arcades Project, and his methods to those of a hip-hop DJ. He is a Ph.D candidate in English/Poetics at SUNY Buffalo, and an instructor at Columbia College.

The event, which is BYOB, will be held at Mess Hall (6932 N. Glenwood Ave.) in Rogers Park. Festivities begin with an open mic at 7:00. Featured readings start at 7:45.
